Every piece is made to order. Tailoring takes up to 14 days maximum from the moment payment is confirmed.

Once ready, delivery takes up to 7 days maximum depending on your city and chosen carrier.

Complimentary express delivery on every order. Jeddah: 1–2 business days. All other major cities: 4–7 business days. Remote areas: 6–8 business days.

Orders placed before 2pm AST are dispatched the same day, Sunday through Thursday.

UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman: 7–10 business days.

International delivery in 7–14 business days. Import duties may apply on arrival depending on destination.

A tracking link is emailed the moment your order is dispatched, and you can follow its progress from your account at any time.

Pre-order pieces ship by the date shown on the product page. Made-to-order abayas require 10–14 days of atelier time before dispatch.
