Pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and original packaging intact.

Open the order from your account and select "Return". You can also write to our atelier on WhatsApp — a stylist will arrange complimentary pickup the next working day.

Once your piece is received and inspected (1–2 business days), the refund is issued to your original payment method. Bank settlement typically takes a further 3–7 business days.

Same piece, different size? We ship the replacement the moment the original is collected — no second wait at the door.

Bespoke and altered pieces are final sale. If something is not right, please reach out — we will always work with you to make it so.
