Inside the Ban Atelier atelier

About the Atelier

The Riyadh Atelier

Our Story

Ban Atelier was founded in Riyadh on a single conviction — that modest dress should never compromise on artistry.

Every piece in our collection is hand-finished by master tailors who have spent decades refining the silhouettes worn across the Kingdom. We work in small runs with woven crepes, silk linings, and embroidery patterns drawn from regional motifs.

Our atelier is intentionally small. Slow production, careful sourcing, and a sharp editorial eye let us release fewer styles each season — and stand behind every stitch of them.

The Signature Line

The Signature Line is the heart of Ban Atelier: iconic silhouettes that define our house style and return each season in refined form.

These are the pieces our clients collect first — clean cuts, architectural drapes, and hand-worked details that feel as considered as they look.

Designed to be worn repeatedly and styled individually, each signature piece is a building block of a wardrobe built to last.

Craftsmanship

True craftsmanship begins with fabric. We source woven crepes, silk linings, and delicate trim from mills we have visited and trusted for years.

Each garment passes through the hands of a single master tailor, from the first cut to the final press. Embroidery is worked in tambour frames, stitch by stitch, in the same tradition taught across generations in the Najd.

Quality control is not a final step — it is threaded through every stage. The result is an abaya that drapes, moves, and endures exactly as intended.

What We Believe

Heritage

Traditional Saudi tailoring techniques carried forward by the hands that learned them first.

Restraint

We resist trend. Every silhouette is designed to outlast the season it was made in.

Integrity

Honest materials, honest pricing, and pieces made to be worn — and rewarded — for years.
